  • Plan a time to set up the day or evening of the meeting. If you wish to do the table settings ahead of time, coordinate this with the LakeHouse Facilities Manage
  • Pick up tablecloths from the Refreshments Chair during the week prior to the meeting.
  • Following the meeting, clear all tables of dishes and glasses. Gather the tablecloths to launder. When laundered, return them to the Refreshments Chairman within a week of the meeting.
  • The AEGC Treasurer will provide the Monthly Chair with the budgeted $250 for expenses. Any expenditure over budget will be absorbed by the month’s committee members.
