- Distribute and collect application forms from prospective members.
- Provide new members with materials and assistance concerning AEGC membership.
- Provide new members’ names and contact information to the Executive Board and general membership via the President.
- Introduce new members at a monthly general membership meeting.
- At monthly meetings, greet members and guests, register guests, collect food fees, and record attendance of members.
- Maintain AEGC membership roster in coordination with the Treasurer.
