  • Distribute and collect application forms from prospective members.
  • Provide new members with materials and assistance concerning AEGC membership.
  • Provide new members’ names and contact information to the Executive Board and general membership via the President.
  • Introduce new members at a monthly general membership meeting.
  • At monthly meetings, greet members and guests, register guests, collect food fees, and record attendance of members.
  • Maintain AEGC membership roster in coordination with the Treasurer.
