The Cook’s Garden

The cultivation and use of herbs appeals to and rewards us on many levels – their health benefits, and aesthetic quality, as well as how simple ingredients become extraordinary with the addition of the fresh garden herb.
Donna will focus on basic cultivation for growing culinary herbs and how to use these aromatic plants in our kitchens. Donna has studied with herbalists in both Texas and California. While living in California, she sold wreaths and flowers to local shops, and also sold herbs and native plants at farmers markets.
